Mr. Sebastian Joseph M.Tech, (Ph.D)

Associate Prof. & Head-Corporate Relations

Mr.Sebastian Joseph is a Professor cum Trainer based in India. He is a research scholar doing his research in Safety Engineering. He has grabbed the Post graduate degree (M.Tech) from Govt. Engineering College (Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology) Kottayam in Industrial Engineering. He is B.Tech Degree holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He did his schooling from St.Xavier’s School, Jharkand ranked as one of the top schools in India.

He is an Executive Committee Member of All Kerala Placement Officers Consortium (CTIPS)

He is active member of All India Placement Officers Consortium. He has published three Books, published two patents, and published five papers in International Journals.

He has attended numerous international conferences, seminars and workshops in India as well as abroad and was fortunate enough to be trained by experts from the US, UK and Australia. He has published many papers in internationally reputed Journals like Elsevier journal.

Specialized in teacher empowerment, soft skills, communication skill, finishing skills, personality development and career training. He is a critical thinker with strong analytical skill and Good organisational skills. He gets on well with people at all levels, easily making good working relationships. Through his excellent presentation skills combining sound analytical research and clear verbal explanation, He will train the candidates to be ready to seek out new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition. Mr. Alexander Saju

Assistant Placement Coordinator

Mr. Alexander Saju has been a corporate trainer for several MNC's through out India and abroad. He has been training people from various age groups and background in the Soft Skill aspects. Also executed his responsibilities as Accent Trainer, he prepares students in clearing MTI. Post graduated from CMS College Kottyam in English and had his training from British Council. He is a trainer for International English Language testing system. He published a book named ' A handbook for English Speaking' for the English learners. He has attended various national and International seminars and delivered lectures in the same.

Ms. Neena Susan Shaji

Assistant Placement Coordinator

Ms Neena Susan Shaji assists Mr. Sebastian Joseph in daily activities of the placement cell and in coordinating all the campus drives that are conducted for the students in the college. She has completed her B.Tech Information Technology from Mangalam College Of Engineering, Ettumanoor. She then did her M.Tech in Information Technology from FX Engineering College. She is currently working in the department of Computer Science and Engineering. She is in charge of training the students on the technical aspects related to their placement drives.
